My name is Anastasiia Dashynska, and I’m a psychologist. My approach is based on short-term therapy. Unlike many others, I strive to identify the problem and find a solution as quickly as possible. I focus on helping clients understand the problem, the underlying emotions and needs, and work through it on both a logical and emotional level.

The bad news is

that my schedule is full for the next six months.

All communication happens via messenger, allowing you to set your own schedule.

You can pause and resume our work at your convenience. Once we start, you'll receive specific questions designed to clarify your situation. Please respond in writing so I can provide feedback.

This involves working with your imagination and subconscious mind to process your emotions on a deep level and understand the feelings that are trapped inside.
